The club regularly completely transformed for its elaborate themed parties.

Its printed invitations were equally innovative and elaborate. This specific invite is for a 1984 party simply called ‘Fashion’.

The black and white photo features many notable figures of the nightlife and art scenes at the time including Keith Haring, Eric Goode, Steve Rubell, Christina, Jennifer Goode, and many more.

The photo was famously shot by Michael Halsband, who also shot the infamous Basquiat + Warhol boxing photo. A true portrait of the time.
