A scarce flyer for a Nov. 1 Black Flag gig at Hong Kong cafe.

Pettibon’s work for Black Flag often contained imagery designed to be provocative of the LAPD who would frequently raid and break up punk shows in LA at this time. This flyer is a very good example of this.

‍ The flyer is in very clean condition, having come from the estate of a person who worked at SST Records as a publicist throughout the 1970s + 1980s.
