Jean-Michel Basquiat - Signed and Numbered by Basquiat
Jean-Michel Basquiat - Signed and Numbered by Basquiat
$4,800.00
A beautiful catalog published on the occasion of Basquiat’s exhibition organized by the Bischofberger Gallery, from January 19 to February 16, 1985.
This copy is signed and numbered by Basquiat. Though it is numbered as one of 1000 copies, it is likely that far fewer were actually produced and signed by Basquiat.
Signature and rarity aside, its a beautiful catalog with 12 full page color reproductions of Basquiat’s work, including a fold-out.
This copy is in excellent condition. Inside cover shows evidence of a small ex-libris sticker being removed, see last image.
But, a bright and highly presentable copy of this exceedingly rare signed Basquiat catalog.
