An incredible project.
This hardcover book was actually released as a lookbook for Sevigny’s line for Opening Ceremony. The collection served as an apt summary of what downtown NYC cool looked like at the time and it still looks great today.
Sevigny gathered contributions from Jack Pierson, Aurel Schmidt, Rob Pruit, and more accompanying photography from David Armstrong.
In addition to the images, the book features snippets of centuries of mythology about redheads. Again, a really incredible project.
